How does ThriftHaul work?
ThriftHaul uses advanced AI to identify items from photos you take. Simply point your camera at any thrift item — clothing, vintage furniture, collectibles, or accessories — and ThriftHaul will identify the brand, material, condition, and era, then provide real marketplace resale value estimates, a demand score, and platform recommendations.
How do I scan an item?
Open the app and tap the scan button. Point your camera at the item you want to identify, then tap to capture. ThriftHaul's AI will analyse the photo and return detailed results including estimated resale value, demand score, and where to sell for maximum profit.
What subscription plans are available?
ThriftHaul offers a free 3-day trial with full access to all premium features. After the trial, you can subscribe to ThriftHaul Pro for unlimited scans, full collection management, advanced analytics, and priority AI analysis. Subscription pricing is displayed in the app prior to purchase.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → ThriftHaul, then tap "Cancel Subscription." You'll retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
How do I request a refund?
All subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find your ThriftHaul purchase, and follow the instructions to request a refund. Apple handles all refund decisions.
How accurate are the price estimates?
ThriftHaul's AI-generated resale estimates are based on real marketplace data and are designed to give you a reliable range (low, average, and high). However, all estimates are for informational purposes only. Actual resale prices may vary based on item condition, regional demand, platform policies, and timing. We always recommend verifying values independently before making purchasing decisions.
What data does ThriftHaul collect?
ThriftHaul stores item data locally on your device — we do not store your photos or personal data on our servers. When you scan an item, the photo is sent transiently to our AI provider for analysis and is not retained afterwards. We do not collect your name, email, location, or contacts. How do I delete my data?
Item data is stored locally on your device. You can delete individual items from your Treasure Chest at any time, or delete the app entirely to remove all locally stored data. If you need help with data deletion, contact us at jayanth.0903@gmail.com.
